First off, I understand the importance of finding the right therapist you feel comfortable with and can trust. To determine if we are a good fit for therapy, I offer a free 30-minute chat to discuss your story and concerns. There will be no obligation or pressure to commit to therapy during this initial conversation.
Time-limited Therapy
In time-limited therapy, we embark on a journey of 12 sessions, where we establish a clear focus or objective right from the start. Together, we tackle various challenges like work-related stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, panic, and unforeseen life events. Should you desire further exploration beyond our initial 12 sessions, we can explore the possibility of continuing our therapeutic journey with an open-ended approach.
Fees: £65 per 50-minute session either in-person or online, via Zoom.
Open-ended Therapy
With open-ended therapy, we have the opportunity to delve into the depths of your past and thoroughly examine how it influences your thoughts and feelings in the present. This approach allows us to explore complex and challenging issues at a pace that feels comfortable for you, within a nurturing and safe environment. The duration of your therapy is entirely up to you, and we can discuss and decide together as we progress through our work. Our aim is to conclude our therapeutic journey in a sensitive and thoughtful way that aligns with your needs and preferences.
